I wish they would just do their job and make sure everyone else is doing a good performance. The captain and the cruise director wants to put themselves in the limelight so much so that they hug the mic for themselves. The entertainment shows which the cruise director was responsible for was poorly prepared - with singers that cannot hold their tune - and they even did a cirque de soleil style show but it was never in sync at all! We just stood up and left within the first 10 mins. The food at the dining area was even better - and that is a low bar to beat. The food at aqua class was terrible so much so that we only ate their in 3 of 10 nights and one particular server namely Mike was rude. From what I heard from the housekeeping crew, the vibration just became worse and worse - if so, why does Celebrity continue to run this ship and even book us into these rooms where vibration seems to be heightened? Not that I am expecting any kind of consolation but the guest services people did not provide anything for the incovenience - so much for caring for their loyal customers. We had to move to the front of the ship the next day onto Deck 11 and it meant us having to pack and unpack again and settle for a room in a location we did not like. And we can feel it all they way in Deck 12. We were booked on aqua class midship and for the first time in all our cruises, we were not able to sleep on the first night as the room and the bed was voibrating the whole night due to the engine. I always believe it is about leadership unfortunately, the celebrity reflection is run by poor leaders who just wants to showcase themselves sepcially the captain and the cruise director. I am a fan of Celebrity but this ship is run terribly and it was a common reaction with my fellow passengers. We just were on the Celebrity Reflection for a 10 night Italian Riviera and France Cruise.
